ATOM Family Workshops

Saturday 21st March

House of Fun's ibrick sessions

Come use our bespoke kits to design, build and innovate mechanised models in an atmosphere of enormous fun!

House of Fun provide action-packed STEM experiences using their bespoke ibrick kits to design, build and innovate with mechanised LEGO® models. House of Fun's expert (and fully DBS checked) instructors will help your child to unlock the world of STEM concepts through experiential learning.

There are three sessions; all taking place on Saturday 21st March in the Roysse Room at the Abingdon Guildhall. If you have attended one of our ibrick workshops before you will find that each year they are different so you will always be making a new model and exploring a new set of physics principles as you build.

These ibrick sessions with House of Fun are ticketed. A child place on a workshop is just £3. Please purchase a ticket for the correct time on our ticketing site - link at the bottom of this page. When a workshop is full the ticket site will prevent any further tickets from being sold for that time.

Session A is at 10.30am

Session B is at 11.45pm

Session C is at 1.45pm

The age range for all sessions is 6 - 14. The same ground will be covered in the three workshops so it is not advisable to book a child into more than one of these.

Your child may be placed at a table suitable to their age and ability so family groups may not be kept at one table. Please advise staff in the room if this is a problem.

These sessions are not staffed as a creche facility: a parent/carer must stay in the building. We advise that one parent/carer will be needed per child at the lower end of the age group; up to 3 children per adult at the high end of the age group.
